Dr. Sandra Mager

Dr. Sandra Mager, M.D.

Dr. Sandra Mager is a resident of Wayne County and received her Bachelor of Science degree in Applied Biology from Georgia Institute of Technology, and her Medical Degree from Mercer University School of Medicine.
 
Dr Mager is a board certified obstetrician with the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology. She has been practicing in Wayne County and the surrounding counties since 1997.
 
Dr. Mager performed her residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at the Medical Center of Central Georgia in Macon, Georgia and was awarded the Outstanding OB/GYN Teaching Resident.
 
Dr. Mager is a member of the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology, a member of the American Medical Association – Vice Chair for the Georgia Residents section 1994, and President for the Medical Center of Georgia Resident Association 1993. Member of the Georgia OB/GYN Society, Association of Reproductive Health Professionals, Chairperson for the March of Dimes Walk America, Jesup. Clinical Instructor, Emory University Physicians Assistant Program, Chief of Staff Wayne Memorial Hospital 2001-2002, Chief of Obstetrics Wayne Memorial Hospital in alternating years since 1997.
Lindsey Bookhardt

Lindsey Bookhardt, PA-C

Working with Dr. Sandra Mager in the areas of family medicine and OB/GYN has given Lindsey experience with a broad range of medical illnesses, treatment plans, and has allowed her to become an effective team member in providing appropriate patient care while demonstrating her commitment to effective healthcare.
 
Lindsey graduated with honors from South Georgia College where she received an Associate of Science Degree in Pre-Alled Health. She also graduated Magna Cum Laude from the Medical College of Georgia with a Bachelor of Science Degree as a Physician Assistant. She was a Dean’s List recipient at the Medical College of Georgia and at South Georgia College. She was awarded the South Georgia College General Chemistry Award, South Georgia College Sophomore Academic Award, and Who’s Who among America’s Junior Colleges. As a student at the Medical College of Georgia, Lindsey completed rotations in the following areas: Family Medicine, Pediatrics, Emergency Medicine, Mental Health, OB/GYN, Surgery, and Internal Medicine.
 
Lindsey is a NCCPA Board Certified Physician Assistant and has her CPR Certification.
 
Lindsey is a Member of the following: Georgia Academy of Physician Assistants and the American Academy of Physician Assistants.

Kristin Fenn, FNP-C

Kristin is a lifelong resident of Appling County where she resides with her husband and son. Kristin received her Bachelors of Science in Nursing from Valdosta State University and her Masters of Science in Nursing from Georgia Southern University. Kristin is board certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners and Georgia Board of Nursing as a Family Nurse Practitioner. She is also certified in CPR by the American Heart Association and in colposcopy by the American Society for Colposcopy and Cervical Pathology.
 
Kristin has work experience in Emergency Medicine, Family Practice, and Women’s Health. While in the nurse practitioner program at Georgia Southern, Kristin spent a 5 month rotation with Dr. Mager for Women’s Health. Kristin also had rotations in pediatrics, family practice, internal medicine and urgent care.
 
Kristin graduated Magna Cum Laude from Valdosta State University. Honors while attending VSU include being a member of Sigma Theta Tau International Nursing Honor Society, Alpha Lambda Delta, and the Dean’s List. While attending Georgia Southern, Kristin was the recipient of several scholarships and awards including the Lucy Willard: Georgia Associations for nursing education award, Kaiser Foundation Nursing Scholarship, Lettie Pate Whitehead Nursing Scholarship, and the Satilla Health Foundation Scholarship. Currently, Kristin is an active member of the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners.
Maggie Hayes

Maggie Hayes, FNP-C

Maggie is a lifelong native of Wayne County. Maggie received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from College of Coastal Georgia and her Master of Science in Nursing from South University. Maggie is board certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners and Georgia Board of Nursing as a Family Nurse Practitioner. Maggie is an active member of the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners.
 
During Maggie’s career, she worked Emergency Medicine, Intensive Care, Pediatrics and Special Care Nursery. Maggie completed her Women’s Health rotation with Kristin while in the nurse practitioner program at South University. Maggie also completed rotations in pediatrics, family practice, and internal medicine.
 
Maggie currently lives in Odum, Georgia, with husband Eli and Boykin Spaniel, Jax.
